At Still Threaded, all sales are final.

Due to the nature of our business and the limited availability of many of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Please carefully review all product descriptions, sizing information, and photos before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about an item, we encourage you to contact us before ordering.

The only exception to this policy is authenticity. Every item sold by Still Threaded is guaranteed authentic. If an item is proven to be inauthentic by a reputable third-party authentication service approved by Still Threaded, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price upon verification of the claim and return of the item in the same condition in which it was received.

In the rare event that you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
